Vintage Homes, Inc. was established in 2002 by its principal and owner after a ten-year career as a construction manager and a principal of a construction company specializing in public works. Vintage Homes specializes in land development, general contracting, and project management for clients involved in the development of residential homes and multi family housing in the Metro New York area.
The company brings many years of combined building experience, assuring successful projects by working closely with our clients and architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
Our experience enables us to guide clients through each phase of the building process, the permit process and the many design decisions to be made.
The company has successfully completed numerous residential development projects as well as apartments and retail projects in Queens, Manhattan and Long Island.
The principal, Daniel Zivan has a B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of NY. Being actively engaged in this field for over fifteen years, his vast experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction provides an essential element to successful completion of projects.
